The Senior Director, GTM Revenue Marketing is a strategic, revenue-centric leader responsible for shaping, executing, and scaling ExtensisHR's integrated go-to-market strategy.

This role oversees the development of multi-channel, acquisition-focused programs that generate predictable, high-quality pipeline for both direct and broker channels with deep expertise in GTM planning, integrated campaigns, and a hybrid ABM execution model aligned with our conversion timeline; including budget planning, executive level reporting and managing a team of 3–5. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can simultaneously design strategy, lead and grow a team, manage a sizable budget, and roll up their sleeves to execute with precision. You'll build a direct channel into the majority of the business, with real budget and a team you hire yourself.

1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Integrated Campaign Leadership

• Develop and lead end-to-end integrated marketing programs across national, regional, and vertical targets.
• Build a scalable and repeatable campaign framework for each ExtensisHR product offering aligned with each product's ideal customer profile and sales motion. Execute multi-channel demand programs including email, digital, direct mail, events, ABM tactics, and intent-based activation.
• Lead ABM and demand-capture strategy across the full addressable market, optimizing engagement for both high-intent and low-intent audiences.
• Incorporate predictive analytics, buyer behavior insights, and ICP data into campaign design and targeting in partnership with Marketing Operations.

2. Pipeline Generation & Revenue Alignment

• Own pipeline contribution metrics including volume, conversion rates, velocity, and influenced revenue against target.
• Partner directly with Sales (direct and broker) to design programs aligned to territory, vertical, and account-level priorities.
• Develop named-account ABM programs that increase engagement, meetings, and opportunity creation.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Maintain strong, ongoing partnerships with Sales, Operations, Product, Broker Relations, and Leadership.
• Ensure synchronization of program strategy with corporate launches, product initiatives and go-to-market priorities.
• Work closely with content and creative teams to develop targeted messaging, compelling assets, and conversion-driving content.
• Align closely with Digital Marketing to deliver cohesive advertising, retargeting, co-branded campaigns, and audience-specific activations.

4. Marketing Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Revenue Marketing team, including the Senior Manager, GTM Programs and Manager, GTM Programs.
• Apply a player/coach mentality setting standards through hands-on work while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.
• Build expectations for precision, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.

5. Program Execution, Optimization & Reporting

• Track, measure, and report on program and campaign performance across the funnel.
• Optimize programs using data-driven insights across pipeline creation, channel mix, intent signals, and buyer engagement.
• Ensure all campaign messaging and creative align with ExtensisHR's brand, value propositions, and product positioning.
• Maintain an accurate, dynamic ICP, persona profiles, and target account lists in partnership with Marketing Operations.

6. Market, Competitive, & Partner Insight

• Maintain deep understanding of ExtensisHR's products, solutions, and partner offerings.
• Monitor competitive activity and translate differentiators into program strategy and GTM motions.
• Apply market insight to vertical-specific programs and regional growth campaigns.
• Develop co-marketing and co-branded campaigns with key partners and brokers.
• Build and own the three-tier referral partner ecosystem (Customer Advocates, Professional Services firms, Sales-Sourced network) toward a 15% YoY growth contribution.

7. Senior Director Elevation: Budget & Strategic Ownership

• Partnering with the Sr. Director, GTM Architecture, leverage our technology stack (Warmly, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Catalyst, Sales Navigator), reporting on overall effectiveness, impact to GTM success while also maintaining active surveillance of new tools/tech/operational best practices that will inform future techstack / vendor decisions.
• Serve as a full strategic partner to the CMO on the direct-channel build-out, distinct from — and coordinated with — the GTM Architecture function's ownership of systems, data, and operations infrastructure.

AI Utilization and Literacy: 

A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency.

• 7–10+ years in B2B demand/revenue marketing, integrated campaigns, or ABM leadership, with proven success designing full-funnel, multi-touch programs.
• At least 2–3 years leading and developing a revenue, demand gen or marketing team, ideally in a player-coach capacity.
• Experience owning the marketing budget and reporting its ROI to executive leadership.
• Experience in PEO, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or adjacent B2B services preferred but not a requirement.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Broker Relations to optimize pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion.
• Comfort with a funnel-math mindset — MQL/RFI conversion, CAC, win rate by segment — not just campaign output metrics.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Warmly, Apollo.io, or similar demand/intent stack tools is a plus.

Position Salary:

170k-195k
