As we expand our footprint in Los Angeles, California, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to drive new business and build lasting client relationships in this high-growth market.

Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate fits this profile…

  • You have a proven track record of strategic sales experience, successfully networking and managing a referral- based channel sales role.
  • With demonstrated business maturity, you effectively communicate and relate to business owners.
  • You possess a strong business network in which you have had success selling a value-added service to senior level executives in the Northeast.
  • You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Your goal orientated and have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.

What You'll Do:

Outside Sales Solicit PEO business from prospects, establishing relationships with channel partners and retaining customers. A minimum of 75% of these activities are to be conducted outside the office. This position is eligible for participation in our Outside Sales Commission Plan.

  • Sales Generation and Leads
  • Broker Relationship Management
  • HQ Collaboration

What You Bring:

  • Strategic Sales Approach
  • Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customters, brokers, etc. at least 75%
  • Strong Relationship Building
  • Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans
  • Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts
