Who You Are:

We are looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer with a passion for developing cutting edge cross-platform integrations in a SaaS environment and third-party vendors.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated top performer with excellent communication skills to work in a small-team agile environment; a prolific coder who is friendly, approachable, and takes intense pride in their quality of work. The Full Stack Developer will participate in design and coding activities with other team members. You will be joining a dynamic development team, where you will have the opportunity to implement the latest technologies, following best practices. As a development team, we truly care about doing things the right way and strive for excellence. We value developers who are willing to contribute their ideas and share opinions on technologies and techniques that can improve our software quality.

 

You will design, review, test, debug, analyze, modify business applications, and provide technical support for various internal departments. You will be a critical member of a fast-paced development team responsible for front and back-end support and the continued development of these applications. 

 

Due to this role’s nature, the ideal candidate will have programming knowledge and “hands-on” team player with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities (responsibilities and requirements are subject to change based on business needs)

  • Develop custom applications using C# / .NET / SQL
  • Taking technical ownership of your work delivering high-quality production-ready software.
  • Gather requirements and design full stack solutions.
  • Provide support on projects and deliverables with our vendor partners.
  • Track the status of multiple ongoing projects.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and the organization

AI Utilization and Literacy:

  • A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency.

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience up to 1 year preferred.

 

The ideal candidate would have proven knowledge and some hands-on experience using the following technologies:

  • HTML, C#, SQL Server.
  • AI knowledge and practical usage.

Experience or knowledge with some of the following technologies are not necessary, but would be beneficial:

  • Power Automate, MS Flows, MAUI

Education

  • BA or BS Degree required. A degree in computer science or similar is highly desirable.

 

Physical Demands: 

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing desk-related tasks. 
  • Prolonged use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse, requiring repetitive motion. 
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 pounds. 
  • Occasional bending, reaching, and twisting to retrieve files or supplies. 
  • Ability to walk throughout the office, including moving between different departments or meeting rooms. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and via phone or video conferencing. 
  • Ability to focus and maintain attention for long periods while working on various tasks. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. 
  • Occasional travel may be required. 
  • The work environment is typically quiet and climate-controlled, with standard office equipment available. 
    • This role may be performed in a hybrid or remote setting, depending on business needs and employee accommodation.
