Who You Are:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client & Partner Experience Manager to join our team. The Client & Partner Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and strengthening our relationships with existing clients, and broker partners ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention of mutual clients.

What You'll Do:

  1. Proactively engage with existing clients and brokers to understand their needs, challenges, and overall satisfaction with our PEO services.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client and broker escalations, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  3. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to address client and broker needs and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our PEO services, capabilities, and value proposition to effectively communicate with clients.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of broker partners, providing year-round service and escalation support for mutual clients, with elevated engagement and relationship management throughout the benefits renewal season.
  6. Monitor escalated client and broker accounts and address any signs of dissatisfaction or potential churn.
  7. Prepare reports and analytics related to client retention metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to brokers monthly or quarterly, depending on the meeting cadence.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to enhance client retention strategies.
  9. Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Play a key role in supporting the organization’s ability to meet annual client and worksite employee retention targets through proactive partnership and high-quality service delivery.

What You Bring:

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
    2. Proven experience in client retention, account management, or client success roles, preferably in the PEO, HR, healthcare services industry.
    3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
    4. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
    5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    6. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
    7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

What We Offer:

Position Salary:

90k-125k
