Who You Are:

As an Account Manager, you are a strategic relationship builder and client advocate. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the complexities of HR and business operations and are skilled at aligning internal resources to meet client needs. You are proactive, consultative, and committed to driving client satisfaction and retention. 

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers. 
  • Partner with internal teams (HR Business Partners, Payroll Specialists, Benefits Advisors, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of all services. 
  • Act as a strategic advisor, understanding each client’s business objectives and aligning PEO services to support their growth and employee needs. 
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction, identify opportunities, and provide insights on HR and workforce trends. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns or challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 
  • Support client renewals and retention strategies by showcasing the value of partnership and services. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and set the stage for long-term success. 
  • Ensure client records, communications, and service requests are accurately maintained in internal systems. 
  • Monitor client satisfaction and advocate internally for service enhancements or escalations when needed. 
  • Deliver benefit presentations and client-facing materials with clarity and professionalism. 
  • Monitor account performance through dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools. 
  • Stay current on ExtensisHR’s evolving service offerings to identify opportunities for enhanced client support. 

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management, preferably in HR, benefits, or a related industry. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 
  • Salary: $90k - $120k commensurate on experience.
