Who You Are:

As the Sales Coordinator you will facilitate the collection of documents from our Broker Partners needed to submit to underwriting and receive healthcare pricing. You will also be responsible for capturing the Prospects' current healthcare pricing in the proposal workbook, entering Workers Compensation and SUTA information for pricing, sending final documents VIA DocuSign to the client, and managing the Broker Commission Agreement Process.

 

This role supports Sales Managers in achieving their New Business Quota.

What You'll Do:

Assisting Sales Manager with gathering and verifying data in preparation to submit to underwriting and Risk:

  • Ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Verify census data matches the invoice
  • Prepare the workbook proposal with all current information
  • Submit to Underwriting
  • Enter Workers Comp codes by State and Salary into SFDC for pricing

Prepare final documents for signature from the client using DocuSign:

  • Ensure all data provided is correct.
  • Write a welcome letter to client and provide necessary documents.
  • Send all contract documents to client VIA DocuSign.
  • Once documents are signed and returned email the proper internal departments with all required information.

Measures of Success:

  • Maintain 99% clean submission ratio.
  • Contribute to maintain receiving health pricing back within 24 hours.
  • Evaluate areas for operational efficiencies.
  • Have an open relationship with your Sales Managers.
  • Maintain 100% error free DocuSign submissions.

What You Bring:

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
  • Quick math skills is a bonus.
  • Knowledge & understanding of health care
  • Salary: $62k - $69k
