Who You Are:

ExtensisHR has an exciting, part-time opportunity for a Benefits Coordinator. You will be a crucial part of the annual benefits renewal project.

 

*Please be advised that this is a contract position, scheduled to run from September 3rd through October 10th. The duration may be subject to extension based on business needs.*

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct open enrollment presentations to educate employees about their benefit options including medical, dental, visions and ancillary products. 
  • Review presentations to ensure accuracy.
  • Advises employees on an individual basis on the proper use of their benefits.

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of medical, dental and vision benefits. 
  • Empathy and understanding to assist employees with their benefit inquiries. 
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
