ExtensisHR seeks an Unemployment Insurance Program Controller who will provide program ownership and leadership for the company while successfully overseeing all pricing, cost management, legal entity planning, state PEO/Client filing determinations, claims management process, and voluntary contribution strategies. The Unemployment Insurance Program Controller will be part of the finance team reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating with the VP of Payroll Tax. The Unemployment Insurance Program Controller is also responsible for managing the P&L and compliance of unemployment insurance programs. This role involves forecasting rates, analyzing risk, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and leading a team of analysts to optimize pricing and cost strategies.
