Who You Are:

The Client Solutions Team Lead serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for HRCloud PTO, Extensis Learning (HRKnowledgeCloud), Performance Management, E-Verify, and Applicant Tracking products. In addition, serves as a team lead and first point of escalation for the Client Solutions Specialists and leads special projects related to process improvement and development of new solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily team operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. 

  • Lead and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support for their development. 

  • Provide one-on-one training to team members as needed to enhance their skills and performance. 

  • Create training and implementation SOPs for all products offered and deliver to Client Solutions Specialists. 

  • Supports the review and implementation of process improvements of solutions. 

  • Lead creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation in relation to the products supported. 

  • Maintain an exclusive book of clients that require a very high level of support. 

What You Bring:

Education 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with capability to utilize the full Microsoft Suite 

  • Formal study in technology and/or HR technology 

  • Experience with PEO  a plus but not required 

 

Work Experience  

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as working with teams in a leadership capacity  

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, client service environment 

  • HR Technology or other HR experience a plus
